Impact Compliance Training provides multiple options for employees without email or computer access. Our courses can be used on a mobile device through a self-registration process. Emails are not required to take the training. We also allow our courses to be delivered in a group session by your internal facilitator. Since the course is developed and supported by subject matter experts, we meet all legal compliance requirements without any expertise from your organization.

We know how important course version control is with more states passing harassment prevention training legislation. We provide state-specific training courses for California, New York, Illinois, Delaware, Connecticut, and Maine. We also have a general Title VII course that covers all the other non-required states. As more states pass new training laws we quickly add those versions to our course library.  We also know that proactive legal updates are critical to staying compliant with the law. We partner with a national law firm to ensure that as laws change, our courses are updated immediately.
