Below is a Webinar Recording of the New California Harassment Training Mandates

California harassment prevention training requirements have brought tremendous complexity for organizations that now must train all employees expansively. California is requiring all employers with 5 or more employees to train all staff for one hour and supervisors for two hours every two years to prevent harassment by January 1, 2020.

Here you will find access to webinar recordings that cover best practices for training employees that don't have email or computer access and requirements for the new California training mandates. We know historically harassment prevention compliance training has been a check the box approach in California, Connecticut, and Maine for supervisors. The #MeToo movement brought about increased awareness and scrutiny on these critical topics and precipitated the new requirements that we've seen come out of legislatures in Delaware, New York, and California. Impact Compliance Training is dedicated to helping organizations reduce risk, increase impact, and move the needle on making a difference in workplace culture
